My experience with chiropractic began as a child when my grandmother took me to her chiropractor to see if he could help with my asthma. Within several adjustments, my asthma was resolved. As a result, my parents and younger brother began chiropractic care as well. It became a regular part of my life and eventually it would become my career of choice. I am a Bay Area native, born and raised in San Jose and currently reside in San Mateo with my wife and two children. I love spending time with my family and friends and coaching my children’s sports teams when I can. I also passionately root for the San Jose Sharks, San Francisco 49ers, San Francisco Giants, Wrexham AFC and Manchester United. If I am not helping people with their health and wellness, coaching or watching my favorite teams, I will be at Nazareth Ice Oasis playing as much hockeyas I can! In Health, Dr. Kyle

After experiencing chronic knee pain due to years of Olympic Weightlifting, I decided to finally do something about it and began chiropractic care. Within several treatments, I was able to get back into training. The impact of pain free movement was ultimately the catalyst that made me pursue chiropractic as a career. After graduating from Life Chiropractic College West I joined the Westside Chiropractic family in the hopes of making that same impact in the community. I have lived all over the Bay Area and am currently based out of San Francisco. Between spending quality time with friends and family; I enjoy Olympic Weightlifting and Surfing…if I’m lucky maybe finding a nice spot outside to kick my feet up and relax. Through the busyness of life; I believe it’s important to stop and smell the roses every chance we get. In Good Health, Jason Toy
